Dear Potential hrgems Customer:

I am writing this letter to recommend using hrgems for your surveying needs. I recently used the software as a part of an independent market research project in my Master of Business Administration program at the University of Michigan Business School. Not only was the software helpful, but the service provided by the employees at hrgems was personal and extremely helpful.

My project involved the collection of data from members of the University community to help me find trends amongst segments of the population, with the ultimate goal of helping the Athletic Department increase attendance at lower-profile sports. My project was slightly different than what the software had been created for, because I wanted to be able to survey unspecified respondents, and I wanted to be able to perform my own statistical analyses. The hrgems staff eagerly took on the challenge of this new application, and were communicative and helpful throughout the process.

The hrgems staff was more than willing to add features to their software quickly and accurately to help me ask questions in very particular formats so that I would be able to perform statistical analyses on the data. In addition, any bugs that I found (this was a beta test, after all, and I expected to find some) by myself, or by the staff without my knowledge, were quickly remedied. And whenever I had a question about the software, they had an answer for me almost immediately.

I am very glad that I decided to help beta test hrgems with my project. I ended up with almost 400 respondents, and I was able to perform analyses and make recommendations that I believe will help my clients. The care given to me by the whole hrgems team provided me with peace of mind, which was important considering that I needed to complete the project in a timely manner in order to graduate!
